YMC-Pack Pro C8 Semi-Prep Columns
YMC-Pack Pro C8 is one of YMC’s most commonly used bonded phases and an excellent alternative to C18 selectivities. Due to its moderate hydrophobicity, retention times tend to be shorter than those for ODS phases. YMC-Pack Pro C8 is suitable for a wide range of sample types including pharmaceuticals and biologicals with a relatively high hydrophobicity.
YMC-Pack Pro C8 is available in 10, 20 and 30 mm ID for semi-prep applications. YMC-Actus series columns are semi-preparative HPLC columns that have excellent column stability and efficiency as a result of combining axial compression technology with an innovative hardware design. YMC-Actus series columns show high stability under high flow rate or steep gradient conditions which is desirable for milligram to gram scale preparative HPLC of various compounds.
